We come from families born and raised in Lesvos island and Asia Minor. Extra premium olive oil has been in our families for as long as we can remember. Now in our forties, we decided it was about time to not only sell bulk, but to bottle our precious extra virgin olive oil, and bring it to you.

Distinctive Olive Tree Varieties
Our olive groves are of the Adramytiani & Kolovi varieties. Growing exclusively on the mountains of Lesvos, the olive oil produced embodies the full flavors derived from a the combination of the climate and volcanic soil of Lesvos. Olive trees are meticulusly maintained, olives are hand-picked and the olive oil is extracted and bottled in compliance with our best practices.
Protected Geographical Indication
Lesvos’ Virgin Olive Oil has been officially recognized by the European Union (regulation 1107/96) as a product with a Protected Geographical Indication. Unique weather conditions in the mountainous areas of our olive groves, the grade of soil, the olive tree varieties as well as by the human factor, play a key role in the uniqueness of our olive oil.
ELIOVE Extra Virgin Olive Oil
We come from families born and raised in Lesvos island and Asia Minor. Olive oil has been in our family for more than 100 years. Now in our forties, we decided it was about time to bottle our premium extra virgin olive oil, and bring it to you. Our family olive groves are of the ADRAMYTIANI & KOLOVI variety. The 100-year-old, sustainably grown olive trees are carefully pruned, the olives are picked by hand and pressed with traditional methods, to preserve the freshness, the full taste, the rich flavors and all the natural ingredients, vitamins & bioflavonoids of the time of harvesting.
